Sundays are the Best!

Took the boys down to the sports grounds for a run at 6am... then for a swim at my folks' house... then some training when we finally got home.

(Paddington has made himself at home on his bench in the corner of the garden, keeping an eye on Baloo, who has been trying his best to get to the new dog next door!)

The kids are going back to school and their parents back to work tomorrow, so things should be less hectic at work, which means I should have some time for blipping again... I've really missed it over the past few weeks. (I've back-blipped a picture of Baloo for yesterday, if anybody wants to have a look).

It's not too hot and not too cold today, but it's overcast... perfect for a Sunday afternoon nap:)
