Chum & Bait

Today I was out on the boat for two trips. The other volunteers had a lecture about sharks this morning (I've seen the lectures twice before so I was let off on good behaviour ;-) so I was allowed out on the boat! We were all out on this afternoon's trip.

We always have these big boxes of tuna on board which we use as bait and in the chum we use to attract the sharks. We also use anchovy oil and that STINKS! However, the very sad thing is that you get used to the smell very quickly!
