Family Portrait

Today I traveled by train--I love taking the train in France--to a suburb of Paris to visit a family whom my cousin Rosy Lamb has been painting.

We were served a wonderful Sunday dinner as a major part of the occasion--which also could have served as a picturesque blip (I love French cooking). Rosy has lived nearly a decade in Paris, working as an artist in both sculpture and painting (here's a bit more about her).
