Is it decadent to eat langoustine on a Sunday?

Probably. Well, yes. But there they were at the farmers' market, so enticing, and it's Winter, so surely we're all allowed to overindulge every now and then.

I thought a dozen would be enough: we demolished them in minutes. Grilled with a garlic and parsley butter.

Yum.
