Eilean Donan

I am Connor MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod. I was born in 1518 in the village of Glenfinnan on the shores of Loch Shiel. And I am immortal.


Back over to the mainland for a few hours today for one of the highlights of the trip - Eilean Donan

The first time I saw Highlander, when I was a kid, I was blown away. I still get goose-bumps when I watch those first 'Scottish' scenes, where they are heading off into battle, over the Eilean Donan bridge.

I had been dying to come here for years so I was a bit like a kid in a sweetie shop.
