Strange Vegetables

I never really used to understand why anyone would pay three times as much for the privilege of removing sprouts from their stalk. It always seemed to me that they required enough tiresome prep already.

But then I bought one of these weird stems that was reduced after Christmas and was immediately converted. It was like tasting butter after years of margarine...
