Maldives, Male Traffic

Having spent time on the nice quiet resort in the Maldives, with no traffic other than three bicycles it was something of a shock to go to the capital Male and to have to cope with huge amounts of traffic and motorbikes. It was like a starting grid on a race track.

It was good to go and see it, but I couldn't wait to get back to our island and the beach ambling round bare foot or in flip flops.
