From the Sofa

Stuck at home all day today.

Usually I would consider this a good thing but as a result of pulling a muscle in my back this morning, I've been forced to lie flat on my back most of the time while popping painkillers every four hours. The first few hours (I call those the 'hours of no movement' I couldn't move off my bed and then, once I'd regained a bit of mobility I moved to the sofa and managed to get a few shots of the lamp that sits behind me. Snapping away for a couple of minutes and watching a few episodes of Seinfeld have been the highlight of my day.

Back to the sofa now as I'm starting to feel waves of pain again.
