Spring Flowers.

Happy New Year to you all, hope not too many are feeling "Second Hand" this morning. We had a pleasant afternoon and evening, put the TV on 3Sat and watched or listened to old concerts from various Groups, such as Bon Jovi, John Gilmour,Genesis, Mark Knopfler,with and without Dire Straits, Tina Turner, Queen, Lionel Richie, and several others. Then switched to Holland 2 for the Midnight with their Proms. Very pleasant and laid back. At the midnight hour went outside to find thick fog, so although we could hear the Fireworks there was nothing to watch !! Had the usual phone calls from friends etc, then went to bed about 1.30, all was quiet by then so no problems about sleeping.
Above is the present I got from my brother-in-law, just needed to put the bulbs into the dish and cover them with the soil. I planted them the day after Boxing Day, and see how much they have grown !! So good to see the first Spring flowers, even if they are indoors ! Keep the faith and lets see some great shots for 2008 !
