Logs.

These are heat logs, we get them from the local wood yard. They are made from the sawdust that is collected when they are sawing and machining wood. They earn a little from selling these and it is also a great way to recycle. The logs still have the lovely wood smoke smell but with no cracking and spitting (that would just scare the dog too much) and they are cleaner than coal. We can also put the ashes straight into the compost for the garden once they are cold.
