Mondays...

Really boring blip of my work bag and car keys. Got them ready for work last night feeling the effects of IBS... this morning I was still feeling rough and in pain. Made the call then slept for 3 solid hours with the duvet right round me the warmth was lovely and when I woke I felt a little better.

Now all I have to work out for definite which food stuff is resigned to the 'banned' list I suspect it's cauliflower cheese with paprika over the top! It's all I can think it can be.

Needless to say my work bag and car keys stayed in the place I left them in. Hopefully normality to resume tomorrow!
