Why?

Very Bored today. Couldn't get out - no fresh air and no inspiration stuck at my desk.
For months now, this light bulb has been sat in our serviette dispenser. Standard bulb - blown. Why - I've no idea. - It sits just about 2 feet from the waste bin!
