Brandy Snap Explosion

Had to do a very quick blip this afternoon I am expecting my friends to arrive any minute.
To make things worse Mr Mc Gregor has just brought in 2 huge bucket full of veges! oh no I have to blanche them for the freezer now, must not grumble or he won't grow any next year! We are off on our trip in the morning. Rainie,Pcc & R, Katey and Carl all coming tonight.
We are having a BBQ.

For desert I have Strawberries and have done Brandy Snaps that explode with yumminess and a hint of Kahula!!
