A Garlics Life ...

I used a little garlic yesterday in a meal and I started to think of the garlic journey in our home (I know I sound mad ... but I will carry on) and thinking of how I like it as an ingredient but not too much, I loved the way it looked and I have asked Eric not to throw it out as I will take some more images of it.

I have been up since 4.30am as I wanted to see Saturn through my telescope as the sky has been so clear for the past two nights it was an amazing view we.. worht getting up for, except I am really, really tired now.


I couldnt believe last night I saw the nebula of Orion and the International Space Station went by the Nebula ... how amazing is that ... it was so, so exciting.
