Compared to some as-yet-unmastered foodstuffs (such as green beans (too fibrous and confusing) or blueberries (size issues)) he seemed to get on reasonably well with a couple of strawberries, though when they reached the point where there was insufficient remaining to both hold and gnaw he stuffed the remainder into his mouth and kept it in a cheek-pouch for about ten minutes whilst drooling prolifically before it worked its way round to the point where it needed to be forcibly inexpertly ejected to prevent choking. At least we know he has a nice strong gag reflex.
