Snowpocalypse II Begins, NYC

Snow tonight - 8-12 inches predicted. The city, having taken a beating for their response to Snowpocalypse I, is gearing up for the storm, knowing they have something to prove. As I stood out in the snow snapping pictures, a plow went by every couple of minutes, and the distant rumblings of plow against road was ever constant.
