Bread was once my favourite thing. Then, when I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease it became a very expensive, edible form of cardboard. Happy to be feeling better, not so happy about the bread.
A wee while ago we got a new breadmaker. It is fantastic (a Panasonic) and I have been tweaking gluten free bread recipes for a while now, to the point where I'm confident enough to share.
This is a photo diary so the recipe is in photo form here. Would love to hear how it works out for anyone who tries it.
