A leg up
One of two sets of mounting steps in the village. This set is original and probably at few hundred years old and sits next to the entrance to the churchyard. The other set was brought from elsewhere and is next to the village green at the top of the hill, on the road to Maidstone.
I decided what I wanted to blip today as it's a metaphor. I hope it suggests that sometimes we all need a leg up, a bit of help, and at other times we are the ones able to offer some support to someone else.
