Don't worry....

I am not sleeping well. Classic anxiety dreams (remind me to tell you about the fruitcake and the funeral dream sometime). In a bid to help me, my very lovely friend has given me this little chap - he's a Guatemalan Worry Doll.

Apparently I tell him my worry and then put him under my pillow and he'll worry for me, and in the morning I'll wake up having slept all night - and he'll be knackered.

I shall report back - but I think that they coffee and gossip I had with said lovely friend will have done just as much good.
