Are You Feeling Sleepy?

I have definitely hit an age when falling asleep on the sofa just after tea is not only a distinct possibility but a peculiar probability.

I Doze. I Power nap. I Re-energise. I Dribble.

Not too often.

But occasionally.

I don't feel bad about it- My Brother in Law has been napping since he was a teenager. I just never could. I can't even sleep in the car if I'm not driving......
