I got the power ....

... Having a good week this week, all been a bit mad at work moving & sorting new office, but all worth the effort!

All my will power & determination paid off earlier in the week (resisting that pub lunch on Monday) weighed in 3.5 lbs lighter at slimming world tonight, and got joint slimmer of the week, feel I have regained control after the Christmas blow out! And that makes me happy!

Blip 900 tomorrow, (if I get round to it) creative thing cap on, will see what I can come up with! That's a whole lotta blips!! Love that the past few years is all here in photos, for me to look back at an remember!
