The storm that never really showed up

Again a "severe weather" watch of one form or another. Again, much ado about nothing. A dusting of snow at best. Cold, yes. Quite nippy. But storm? No. Severe snowfall, serious storm, or whatever? Nope. Nada. Nix. Just a grey day out the office window at York University.
