Sloshing through the Slush in the Bus!

Well no day off in our city today!! Our district isn't one to err on the side of safety ever so off we went...not really too bad except in the higher elevations which I, thankfully, did not have to go this year!

The lovely snowfall from last evening turned to slop today and more rainfall---did manage a rain free hour at the dog park to the delight of Cowboy and Sadie:) Met another man named Ladd and his dog Sam who I knew from another dog park---it's now pretty much underwater so he had come in closer to town and so I met up with him. He had quite the story of how his dog Sam had eaten a glove, which he has an apparent appetite for, and had to undergo surgery at the cost of $4000.00 to have it removed. Sam seemed fine now and chipper as ever. The glove was retrieved and in good shape too--weird tale for a hump day evening!!
