MONARCH SERIES #5

I was personally very disappointed with yesterdays image - as I was with the weather -

So today I determined to get out in the sunshine and see if I could get a Monarch in flight. - "Photography doesnt get any harder than this".
3 hours and 250 images later - came up with about 6 reasonably sharp flying images. I chose this one.

If anyone wants to be a Natural History guru - give it a go. I think I'll stick with the things I like and foget about the guru bit - In this business its very easy to get hooked up on standards - not that I think standards are not important but its far more important to be true to ones self.( I think)
