Eyesore

This is just one part of a disused industrial estate close to the centre of Frome. I don't know exactly how long the site's been derelict for, but it was sold to developers in 2002 and the district council has been exploring ways to redevelop the site for the past 15 years.

At last something seems to be happening, but the proposals have split the town - do we want yet another supermarket (Frome already has 8) or not? This eyesore may be with us for some time yet ...
