#6 - Blur Filter

I got this Blur Filter free with an issue of practical photographer back when I was still at school. For a long time I thought it was an absolutely useless bit of smoked plastic until I got the idea to only put the filter part of the way down the holder, voila! a great and easy way to get rid of a distracting background.

I made this jar of thai curry paste tonight from first principles, it's fun mixing all the ingredients and then enjoying the fruits of your labour, much more fun than just buying a jar of paste, only takes a wee moment to make too.
