Tuesday Drama

H's Granny (Daddy's mum) looks after her on a Tuesday whilst we are at work, and in the afternoon, H's Grandpa (my dad) takes over and runs Granny to the train station.
Today, they went to the station as usual which is at the bottom of a hill, and the car got stuck. Several men tried to push it but it had no grip at all on the ice. It then rolled forwards as they tried to reverse and hit a bollard, damaging the bumper. In the end, they had to abandon the car and Grandpa carried her back home. This caused a lot of panic as it was icy and Granny called H's dad to come home and a whole big drama errupted. Granny then walked back to the house to make sure they were ok and H's dad had to help Papa try to dig the car out, making him late for his dental appointment.
Granny then stayed for dinner before H's dad ran her part of the way home later at night. H was pleased to have her stay for dinner and enjoyed being tickled by her funny looking scarf.
