Painted Kitchen

I was not trying to compete for "most boring blip of the week," but when I was done painting this kitchen and came home in the cold, my aging body ached badly from what was once its daily routine. Too tired --forgot to blip before my rest!

This is the staff kitchen of the newly-acquired building into which our local food co-op will be moving. The neighborhood is buzzing with talk of all the possibilities in about five times the existing space in a 1920s era bank building. The crazy old window hardware in the photograph is just the tip of the "dinosaur" iceberg here: there are three full-on bank vaults (or safes) but no combinations!
