Journals - to keep or not to keep? That is the que

A small section of the many, many journals I've been writing over the last few years. Lovely notebooks bought to record lovely thoughts. Ha! What I've ended up with are piles and piles of lovely notebooks which tend to focus on what I worry about ..... not world peace or climate change, but usually about whether or not we will manage to keep a roof over our head.

So: I'm starting to think it would be best to get rid of them. Re-reading them serves no purpose at all except to make me think that I should worry less, count my blessings more, and have faith. Whilst still being aware that shit happens.
