A well earned tea break

Having spent pretty much the whole week writing a paper I have finally printed out my first complete draft. I rewarded myself by getting out my DSLR which I had put away to avoid any procrastination.

My Mum got me this mug for Christmas as every time I go home I either manage to forget to take something (last time it was all my make-up and my toothbrush) or I end up leaving something behind (this time it was my Wii remotes!). I think it is a side effect of doing a PhD. She was worried I'd be offended by the mug but I love it.

I wanted my hand in the shot but being right handed and trying to use my camera with just my left hand wasn't too easy!
