Violet Fudge

Violet flavoured (and coloured) fudge. Topped with white chocolate and a crystallised violet flower.
Not much more to say about this. I serve it with the petit fours for the coffee.

Tonight is pie night. A promotion where I serve pies for a fiver, steak pudding is one and pheasant, chorizo and chickpea is another. I also do a chicken, leek and mushroom pie as I heard somewhere that chicken and mushroom is the most popular in England.

6 more days till the michelin guide comes out. I'm getting a bit nervous now...
