Trees

The view from my office window this morning.

I was just waiting for people to arrive for a fairly large and important meeting and noticed the silhouette the tree branches were making against the morning sky.

I wasn't sure how well it would look as an image, as my eye has a habit of making things look better or more dramatic in real life than they are in the camera. Or is it perhaps that I am just not good enough at capturing the image my eye sees with the correct exposure?

The eye in combination with the brain are amazing at viewing and perceiving the things we look at but technology in the right hands is also very good at capturing brilliant images. You just have to browse some of the entries on here to see that.

I can only keep practising.
