The Man in Black

Meet Kevin, the only man I know who always turns up to tennis in black. He's been having injury problems and it was good to see him back on form tonight, I think he was pleased to be back and mended, as at the end he was singing away to himself:

Dance ti' thy daddy, sing ti' thy mammy,
Dance ti' thy daddy, ti' thy mammy sing;
Thou shall hev a fishy on a little dishy,
Thou shall hev a fishy when the boat comes in.

Anyone care to have a guess as to which part of the country he hails from?
