The blue jay

Striking in appearance
Brash in personality
Reluctant to pose for a portrait!
That's the blue jay.

He was definitely the most striking bird I blipped today, although not my favorite. That distinction belongs to the little snowbird I posted yesterday. I love those spunky little female cardinals. However, I decided the blue jay deserved blip honors for today because he posed so nicely for his portrait, and that is very unusual.
