Thank you plural

It's one if those childhood habits that remains. Now I am an adult (?) I really try to show my appreciation to those family and friends who have taken the time and effort to buy us a gift.
It drove me mad when I was younger.
A horrid chore! But NOW, in the days of text email facebook and twitter Terry is nothing better than snail mail.
Gifts are never expected but always appreciated, thanks.
