First day at work in 2008, and the first day of excercise to achieve one of my objectives in 2008 (you could call them resolutions, but they seem easier to break!).
Anyway I have decided to start running again, I have googled and have an appropriate training plan... 'from couch potato to 5k in 8 weeks' appropriate?
I just need to stick to it! I feel v. hungry now I'm back, time to replace the calories!
