Lone Swan

Its been freezing all day today but no snow, although other parts of the country have had a bit.

Got an early finish today so was able to walk with the dogs while there was still some daylight.

Todays blip is the swan that Vi and I directed away from the road and into the Meadow Millpond last night. This poor thing has been made to stay at the other end of the pool as the two swans that live here are picking on it.

Fed it some bread and loved the way the water was beading on its feathers.

Off now until Monday, yippee.
