On The Riverbank

Actually went down to the River Don today, near to the part of the river I Blipped from yesterday. The herron was on the riverbank, and I was trying to get a photo of it, but it showed up as a wee white speck on the camera screen! It was when I tried to get closer I found this - not quite sure what it is, maybe a sluice gate? Anyone know?
