Day 11: Nepal

Probably my worst day as we head for the ABC (advance base camp). I've developed a hacking cough and there is some concern I may be developing a pulmonary oedema. Dawn has the lovely task of making sure I'm not coughing up blood. I'm pretty sure it's the Khumbu cough, a condition caused by the dry air at altitude; I suffered from this in Bolivia. Luckily....I'm right. I was so glad to get to ABC.
