Saint Bonet stopped at the village on a 15th of January some hundreds of years ago. He was offered some food, amongst which some local saucisses. A pretty good reason to keep up the tradition, do a barbecue with saucisses de la Saint-Bonet, invite some friends (except those in bed with the flu) and have a multi-national good time!

P.S. The starter was pumkin soup, dessert was scones and mince pies.
