a winter's tale

4 pm, -10, these three youngsters appear on the lakeshore outside my window with sheets that 2 wrap themselves in and a box they step into while the 3rd gets ready to video the scene. i grab a camera and shoot them. they finish and go. what is going on here? any ideas
