Hannah's Monet Lisa

Hannah loves to draw, paint, colour and sew. She is craft mad. Last year at school they were taught about Monet and she enjoyed doing some chalk drawings of lilies and the like.

She decided to have a go at doing a copy of a portrait that she had seen lots of in various programmes. She described it as "you know, the one with the woman that doesn't look happy or sad - you know, it's the one that's always in films and stuff." We told her it was called the Mona Lisa.

She thought it was a portrait of Lisa done by Monet.

Ella thinks it's of someone who is aways moaning and that's why she's not smiling. The Moany Lisa.

Still, it's not a bad likeness...
