Firstly an apology to those people who don't eat meat.

But I couldn't resist taking a photo of this lovely Rump steak which was my meal tonight. I'd been looking forward to it all day and for once managed to cook it to near perfection, seared on the outside but still juicy inside.

Served with some thick chips along with a mushroom, pepper & garlic sauce it made for a perfect Saturday night dinner!
