Chocolate Face!

I spent last night at Anth's house after picking up the Fiesta from Dunfermline! On the short 25 mile drive it showed its much better than the Leon on fuel, perfect!

Today I started the morning by fighting with Anth's cat, she has left her mark on my hand! Before driving down to Coldstream and on to Newcastle after picking up Phoebe, she fell asleep in the car and as we arrived woke up shouting 'Pasta!!!' she must have been dreaming about it! And as it was lunch time we picked some up from the shop!

Sam got back not long after and we headed out to the soft play area, or Hoodles as Phoebe calls it after a play area up in Aberdeenshire, we spent an hour running around the place being followed by another small lad with his Peppa Pig t-shirt which seemed to please Phoebe!

Once back at the house we then made some cakes using a brilliant kids cupcake kit, with cookbook and silicon cake cases, perfect to re-use! Mud Cakes were quite apt judging by the state of Phoebe's face after she had licked the spoon!

Tea was eaten, followed by cleaning up red wine from the carpet, before I took Phoebe up for a bath where we had a small (big) water fight, apparently i'm not allowed to splash her but she can squirt me in the face all she likes, the same goes for bubble beards!

Phoebe then put the biggest smile on my face ever, by telling me that she loves her Daddy :-D before falling asleep.
