Dull and boring...

This photo describes my day down to a tee.
The weather was horrible and it was 10x worse up in Londonderry/Derry/Stroke City/Legenderry/The Walled City
This is the view from the Glenshane Pass (the main road from Belfast to aforementioned city). Its a spectacular view as the road goes through mountains. Green fields and rocks for miles! It makes the journey much less boring.
I had to go to Antrim to pick up my friends from their school hockey match and we made it from Antrim to Londonderry in 1hr 35mins. The journey should take that long from my house (about half an hour from Antrim) but I'm still on my R Plates so restricted to 45mph.
Coming home was less exciting and the views less spectacular. Me being an idiot took the wrong exit at a roundabout and had to come home via Coleraine (another big town) which added about 45 mins to our journey ... and a stop at McDonalds.
All in all my day was bleak. Much like this picture.
We also lost our hockey match and got soaked by the rain.
