Ice Ice Cream.

The results of leaving peppermint ice cream in the freezer too long.

I tend to buy a pint of ice cream, eat a few scoops over the next couple evenings, and then forget about until the rest of it crystallizes and 'goes bad.' I need to stop doing this. Either I eat all the ice cream at once or just don't buy it. I'm leaning towards the latter.
