Had a very busy day seeing lots of people. Had a walk then lunch with Gemma, Cris and Martin before helping out at my little cousin Henry's swimming party. Then onto Watford for Sainsburys regional James Bond themed party, had a very good time, this was the most respectable photo I could find..
