My favourite spuds
Today is another year ticked off for me. We celebrated last night by going out to a restaurant where the food was exquisite. Tim managed to get himself off at 3 am for Gatwick much to the dog's confusion as to what was happening. Cards, flowers and telephone calls then Sunday lunch cooked by me for the two of us. Although interested in food, cooking is not particulary my thing (I prefer just to eat it!) but perhaps I will be remembered for my crisp golden roast potatoes!
