Mom's Garden

I spent several days during a visit to Mom's watching this spider. When I got too close, she 'bounced' her web. During the day she produced the silk seen stacked in the center. Each morning I would check and find that she had used her supply during the night. A great way to learn about nature. By the way, she moved away after a few days but I found her again near Mom's kitchen window. She didn't like being watched so much. She stayed at the window for several days after I went home.
