My back was still playing up today so the criteria for a walk had to be that it was on the flat. So we headed to the prom at New Brighton. Despite the forecast for rain the sky brightened as we drove westward towards the coast. It stayed dry and we had no need to use this shelter.

You can see some building work going on in the background. The promenade is being redeveloped with a new supermarket, hotel and lido being built as well as new landscaping. Hopefully it will help to regenerate this part of Wirral.
